About the role
We're seeking a Senior CRO Specialist to accelerate our conversion optimization and user experience improvements across our digital properties. You'll lead landing page builds from brief to launch, drive testing velocity, and uncover user behavior insights that fuel continuous growth. This role is essential to maintaining our experimentation momentum while our team scales rapidly. You'll work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and growth leads to translate user insights into high-converting experiences and build scalable CRO processes. This role reports to our CRO Manager.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a bi-annual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.
In this role, you will:
Testing & Optimization
- Lead landing page builds from brief to launch, ensuring CRO ideas are implemented quickly and correctly
- Launch and QA structured tests regularly while supporting multivariate testing with meaningful performance insights
- Track performance and surface insights after tests go live to inform next iterations and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain testing roadmaps for designated product areas, collaborating across design, development, and growth teams
User Experience & Analysis
- Analyze user behavior through scrollmaps, heatmaps, and session recordings to uncover friction points and generate test hypotheses grounded in real user actions
- Take ownership of UI/UX across our website, product pages, and landing pages, coordinating testing and optimizations
- Identify and resolve major UX friction points through comprehensive user journey analysis
- Drive meaningful conversion rate improvements through strategic UX and content iterations
Process & Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and growth leads to ensure cross-functional alignment and reduce delays
- Establish repeatable CRO processes including insight synthesis, testing documentation, and post-test recaps
- Build inside Replo to speed up test launches and expand in-house execution capabilities
- Write clear landing page briefs and testing hypotheses that drive actionable experimentation
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2-3 years of performance marketing, UX & UI strategy, or digital production experience (agency or in-house) with proven results
- Brings 1+ year of CRO-related experience with hands-on testing and optimization work
- Possesses 1+ year of experience using Replo or similar no-code/low-code builders for rapid page development
- Demonstrates proficiency with behavior analysis tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms
- Shows expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or comparable analytics platforms for performance tracking
- Can navigate Figma for page reviews, feedback, and design collaboration
- Understands conversion drivers including hierarchy, CTA clarity, trust-building, and visual priority
- Is comfortable with Shopify analytics and e-commerce performance measurement
- Can identify friction in user journeys through comprehensive analysis of heatmaps, scrollmaps, and user recordings
