You will:

  • Own day-to-day ad operations: manage ad placements, track spend, performance, and revenue across sponsored search, display, and branded campaigns.
  • Partner with brands to plan and execute advertising campaigns that drive visibility and sales on Gopuff.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and Merchandising teams to align ad investments with business priorities and category growth goals.
  • Monitor ad performance and campaign ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Grow vendor engagement: pitch advertising opportunities, negotiate budgets, and push for greater brand investment.
  • Develop data dashboards and reporting to track ad revenue performance and identify trends or new opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as branded bags, sampling, and co-marketing activations.
  • Build the foundation for scaling: help shape the structure, tools, and playbooks for Gopuff’s UK ad business as it grows.

You have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in commerce, media, FMCG, or retail advertising (e.g. retail media, CPG trade marketing, or eCommerce partnerships).
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, confident working with revenue data, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Experience managing brand relationships or ad accounts, ideally across CPG or eCommerce environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to work cross-functionally with category, marketing, data, and operations teams.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and loves building new things.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence both internal and external partners.
