Your Work

In the Data & Analytics Team you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. You will design, build, and manage end-to-end data analytics pipelines and dashboards, enabling our teams to make data-driven decisions. You'll be joining an ambitious, high-energy, high-output team that has a can-do attitude. We are dedicated to increasing efficiency and bringing structure to complexity. In This Role, You Will

• Develop and maintain data pipelines that collect, process, and transform data from various sources into our Snowflake data warehouse
• Be an advanced user of Python (and pandas) for data processing and transformation tasks
• Utilise dbt to orchestrate data transformations and manage data models
• Optimise and manage ETL processes, including building bespoke solutions to replace or augment existing Fivetran implementations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Omni (Looker equivalent), providing actionable insights to the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality and consistency, implementing validation, testing, and documentation best practices
• Contribute to our data analytics strategy, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  
  

Experience

You will be a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role, working with complex datasets in both start-up and corporate environments
• Are highly proficient in Python, particularly with data processing libraries such as Pandas
• Have strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses like Snowflake and databases like PostgreSQL
• Are familiar with ETL tools like Fivetran and have experience building custom ETL solutions
• Have experience with data orchestration tools like dbt
• Have worked with BI tools like Omni or Looker and have a strong understanding of data visualisation best practices
• Have experience integrating and automating data processes with Google Sheets
• Are familiar with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Have knowledge or experience with web scraping tools and techniques
• Have a strong understanding of data quality practices and data governance
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Have strong communication skills and can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Are excited about working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and are eager to learn

This role can be remote or hybrid. Our office is based in Marylebone.
