Your Work

As the Product Manager, you will own GetHarley’s product roadmap to bring to life a delightful user journey across all areas of our platform with a key focus on automation. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team as well as Operations and Engineering teams to understand business needs, gain product insight and lead on our automated product priorities from conception to successful launch.

In This Role, You Will

  • Product Vision Work with the Leadership Team and key stakeholders, to help articulate the product and automation vision and strategy
  • Product Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the market, users and competitors. Use insights to inform product strategy, evaluate tradeoffs and identify additional opportunities that could exceed product and customer needs.
  • Product Execution: Develop and maintain a product and automation roadmap from ideation through launch that balances long-term vision with short-term priorities
  • Working with Engineering Work closely with engineering teams to translate product and automation requirements into actionable development plans and release schedules, promoting agile working within GetHarley
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and ensure transparency and alignment on product strategy, progress, and outcomes
  • Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and automation. Use data to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement

Your Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within high-growth tech-driven startups, with a proven track record of owning top-level KPIs and driving successful product launches
  • You care deeply about developing products and solutions that will create the best experience for our users.
  • A natural curiosity to deeply understand user needs, using modern techniques and methods of product discovery, development and delivery
  • Proven ability to work in a structured, data-informed approach to gather requirements, assess constraints and risks
  • Technically strong and familiar with agile methodologies. Able to teach these principles, adapt processes quickly and communicate on technical tradeoffs, security/compliance with Engineers
  • You joyfully solve problems. When something needs fixing, you always find a way to make it work with a positive attitude. Even with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Worked in highly regulated environments and familiar with HIPAA, GDPR or equivalent
  • Comfortable in understanding the commercial drivers of the business and in quantifying ROI for projects
