Your Work

Our New Business Team is the face of GetHarley. In this player coach role, you will lead a team of four Business Development Executives, as well as shaping, managing and growing relationships with clinicians around the UK and Ireland as we continue to expand. As the face of GetHarley, you will:

  • Be the go-to person at GetHarley for clinicians & suppliers, fostering strong relationships and building your network
  • Work closely with the CEO & VP of Commercial on top down target strategy, providing live updates on delivery
  • Pro-actively attend industry events, organise GetHarley events to drive new business & represent the company through regular public speaking
  • Be accountable for the new business team target, coaching and supporting the Business Development Executives to ensure these targets are achieved
  • Deliver on revenue targets through meeting clinicians in person at their clinics, at the Marylebone HQ or online
  • Have your finger on the pulse, identifying key markets and new clinicians across the UK & Ireland who would benefit from partnering with GetHarley
  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new clinicians and work cross-functionally to improve processes & workflows
  • Engage with your clinicians by deep diving into their needs, seeking to highlight value and return on investment using GetHarley
  • Have a creative approach, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to winning our clinicians hearts
  • Be a skincare expert, keeping up to date with the latest trends and product launches
  • Travel regularly around the UK & Ireland

Experience

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Drive and desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
  • A strategic mindset around acquiring new business
  • Experience being solely responsible for pipeline management and revenue generation for a new business team
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • A strong analytical / data focused approach
  • Experience in a business development / new business role within B2B / B2BC sales
  • Experience leading a team focused on new business
  • A track record of success within a startup or scale-up and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Sharp attention to detail who is able to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference

Location

We have a Marylebone, London HQ which is open anytime you want to pop in, the team meets weekly on Wednesday and for social events!
