Your Team

Our Practitioner Team focuses on new business, onboarding clinicians and account management. Together, the teams are responsible for empowering and educating over 650 clinicians to increase their skincare product sales and drive patient loyalty via the GetHarley platform. The Team’s mission is ‘powering clinicians of the future’ by enabling them to deliver curated medical grade skincare regimens and advice to their patients anytime, anywhere.

The Role

Our Account Executive's prospect and qualify potential clinicians and opportunities for GetHarley, as we look to expand across the UK and Ireland. Working in a team of 3 you will be part of GetHarley’s new business function which is a high-performing team that consistently overachieves against their target each month. You will also work collaboratively with experienced account managers and on-boarding specialists to provide a best-in-class experience to our clinicians.

This is a 100% new business role, where you will be responsible for lead generation and introducing GetHarley to new clinicians through cold outreach. We are looking for someone who ‘thinks outside of the box’ and can be creative with their outreach - from Instagram messaging, video & phone calls to attending events and email.

You will be working between our Marylebone HQ and home. You can expect to work in our HQ 3-4 days per week. Occasionally you may need to participate in evening entertaining with clients at an event. No two days are the same at GetHarley so you must enjoy working in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and be passionate about changing and transforming our clinician's lives!

As an Account Executive you will

  • Headhunt and prospect new clinicians and introduce GetHarley’s value proposition
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, working towards targets such as revenue and conversion
  • Working closely with the Commercial Manager to meet clinicians face to face
  • Providing demonstrations to potential clinicians
  • Act as a consultant to provide relevant business management solutions to help grow your portfolios skincare sales and increase their average order value via GetHarley

Our dream Account Executive has

  • At least 1 years experience within in a B2B sales environment
  • Can articulate GetHarley’s value proposition to Clinicians (we will provide training!)
  • A self-starter who can work independently
  • A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
  • Sharp attention to detail who is able to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
