About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our Freelance & Company Formation vertical. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product execution. You will define the vision and strategy, build the
roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that empower freelancers and entrepreneurs to easily start and manage their companies across Europe. We seek someone pragmatic, data-driven, and
customer-focused – but also creative enough to shape the future of this space.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Freelance & Company Formation vertical.
- Conduct research into customer needs, regulations, and market opportunities across European markets.
- Work closely with design, engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Ensure the product offers a simple and compliant experience for freelancers and SMEs setting up companies.
- Define and track success metrics, using data to prioritize and iterate effectively.
- Explore and build partnerships to accelerate product adoption and market expansion.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a product team focused on execution and customer success
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of product management experience, with proven leadership in fast-growing tech or fintech companies.
- Strong knowledge of digital financial services, company formation, or SME-focused solutions.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a scale-up environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial drive and passion for creating solutions that empower freelancers and SMEs.
