About the Role:
We are looking for a data-loving and insights-oriented Research & Insights Analyst.
The work done by Research & Insights, while housed on the Marketing team, serves all of Fetch. Projects span social listening, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and mixed methods, all with the goal of better understanding Fetch users, Fetch partners, and the context in which they exist. In this role you will assist the Director, Research & Insights, in translating broad questions into a user-centric learning agenda and research techniques to ultimately present findings and actionable insights.
This role is meant for passionate, self-starters who are relentlessly curious, able to ask excellent questions, and who are out-of-the-box thinkers. If you are a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to data (quantitative, qualitative, mixed, and social listening) and an insights-forward thinker, let’s chat!

Regardless of the method, we are looking for someone who can run a research project from beginning (identifying the problem & designing the project) to end (clear & concise reporting). Let’s get more specific…
Social Listening
- Conduct ongoing social listening for Fetch & competitors
- Perform daily social listening cleaning, monitoring, & reporting to larger teams
- Maintain current dashboards & create/edit dashboards as needed
- Create ad-hoc Boolean strings to segment key topics of conversation
- Identify & report out strategic data-driven & action-oriented insights
Surveys
- Design surveys
- Program surveys
- Analyze survey results
- Report findings & insights
Interviews & Focus Groups
- Create sampling frames
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct interviews
- Package interview clips & insights for share-outs
Other
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, & market dynamics to inform research
- Support Director with research projects
Skills we believe you need for the Position:
- 1+ years of research experience in qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience with social listening research tools like Brandwatch (preferred) or Talkwalker
- Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics (preferred), Survey Monkey
- Exceptional data & insights-first mindset
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights & recommendations
- Comfort presenting on quantitative and qualitative data finding to varied audiences
- Ability to tell a compelling & holistic story using data & visuals
- A playful attitude towards data–a willingness to explore new ways to leverage data across Fetch to drive goals
- Relentless curiosity

- Phenomenal communication skills, both verbal & written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams & functions

Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $63,000 - 70,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
