About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic GTM, Media Activation Manager to join our Go-To-Market team, focusing on Media Activation and Measurement. This individual contributor role will support our media strategies, empowering our sales teams with the tools, data, and insights needed to maximize client success and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and audience segmentation.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Media Activation: Assist in developing and executing media campaigns to drive performance and reduce partner churn. Work with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall marketing objectives and solicit internal and external feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with effective materials, including playbooks, case studies, and presentations, to articulate the value of our media and audience offerings.
- Media Measurement: Monitor and optimize towards KPIs for media campaigns
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a central hub, collaborating with product, sales, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of media strategies. Support alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the Ad Tech and Media Agency landscape
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and familiar with performance metrics that drive media and audience strategies. Able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and a willingness to adjust strategies based on market trends, client needs, and feedback
- Sales-Oriented: Experience working with sales teams or in a sales support role, with strong skills in creating and presenting client-facing materials.
- Execution Focused: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Skills & Minimum Qualifications Needed:
- 5 years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or sales enablement
- Experience in media planning, buying, or performance analysis, with knowledge of digital channels (e.g., programmatic, social, search)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to work with data teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and reports for sales and client discussions.
- SQL proficiency to support data extraction and analysis for audience segmentation and campaign measurement.
Bonus points if you have experience with…
- Familiarity with retail media networks and agency environments, understanding both internal and external partner dynamics.
- Experience with CRM or other sales enablement tools.
Compensation:
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$162,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
