Your ability to engage top talent and build strong partnerships will help us hire exceptional candidates and support Fetch’s growth initiatives.
This role requires a collaborative and adaptable individual who can work closely with hiring managers and recruiters, providing a seamless hiring experience while helping us optimize our recruiter-sourcer model.
What You’ll Do:

- Manage High-Volume Pipelines: Efficiently handle a large number of candidates across multiple business functions, maintaining a strong pipeline of potential hires for current and future needs.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and the Talent Acquisition team, including recruiters and coordinators, to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Frontline for Referrals: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external referrals, ensuring a positive experience and quick follow-up with referred candidates.
- Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Provide personalized outreach to candidates, set clear expectations, and showcase Fetch’s culture and career opportunities effectively.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Partner with recruiters to refine our recruiter-sourcer model, optimizing workflows and enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, sharing insights with the hiring teams and adjusting sourcing tactics as needed.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health, providing actionable insights and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiters.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for business roles, with a focus on sales, marketing, finance, people experience, or GTM positions.
- Volume Management: Proven ability to handle high-volume requisitions while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Sourcing Proficiency: Skilled in various sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms, with a creative approach to finding and engaging top business talent.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.
- Data-Driven: Experience using data to measure the success of sourcing strategies and to inform process improvements.
- Collaborative Team Player: A strong team mentality with a commitment to working closely with the Talent Acquisition function to achieve shared goals.
