What we’re building and why we’re building it.
Fetch helps people live rewarded every day, with a vision to become the rewards destination for everyone. We turn everyday activities into meaningful rewards, whether it’s grocery shopping, grabbing a quick meal, or playing a favorite mobile game. To date, we’ve awarded more than $1 billion in Fetch Points to our users.
Each day, more than 13 million receipts are submitted on Fetch, providing visibility into over $212 billion in gross merchandise value. This creates the largest retail-agnostic, SKU-level view of household spending, powering Fetch as an outcomes-based advertising platform that helps brands acquire and retain lifelong consumers.
The Fetch app is available on the App Store and Google Play, with more than 6 million five-star reviews from a highly engaged and loyal user base.
It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from Softbank, ICONIQ, DST, Greycroft, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. When you work at Fetch, you play a vital role in a platform that drives brand loyalty and creates lifelong consumers with the power of Fetch points. User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.
At Fetch, we value curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to explore new tools, especially AI, to drive smarter, faster work. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be ready to learn quickly and think critically. We welcome learners who move fast, challenge the status quo, and shape what’s next, with us. Ranked as one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for two years in a row, Fetch fosters a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch.
About the Role:
Fetch’s vision is to become a daily reward platform for 1 in 10 Americans, and is seeking a self-driven Principal Product Manager – Growth to lead high-impact initiatives to help achieve our growth goals.
The person in this role will drive user engagement and retention, starting with the Day 1 experience in the App. While acquisition and early activation are pivotal for setting the stage for habit formation and long-term retention, this role requires an understanding of multiple phases of growth to build a holistic narrative for the user journey.
You’ll shape product strategy and execution while leveraging your instincts for consumer behavior, your knowledge of repeat usage mechanics and engagement systems, and your passion for harnessing AI to create smarter, more personalized experiences.
We are looking for someone with an innovative product mindset who can balance big creative thinking with near-term decision making grounded in growth goals, behavioral data and insights, and the transformative potential of AI.
Experimentation is a core principle at Fetch: you will be a thought leader for our experimentation principles and strategies within the growth team, driving learning, iteration, and the development of retention-driving features from launch through measurement.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Consumer Insights, User Research, and business stakeholders to define priorities, uncover insights, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll obsess over growing our north star metric—Monthly Active Users—while also improving DAU/MAU ratio and D30 retention, with the ultimate goal of increasing user lifetime value.
At Fetch, we believe that earning rewards should be fun, playful, and add value to our users’ lives every day. We’re seeking a leader who shares this mindset—someone who can create delightful, engaging, and AI-powered experiences that help users live rewarded and make every interaction feel exciting, meaningful, and fun.
This is a full-time role, open to candidates in our US offices or remote within the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and retention initiatives, defining clear priorities, success metrics, and OKRs that align with company goals.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to personalize user journeys, optimize engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Research, and business teams, creating alignment through clear communication of strategy, progress, and results.
  • Serve as a go-to product leader for user growth metrics, insights, and opportunities, using qualitative and quantitative data, experimentation, and product intuition to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Design and launch experiences that drive activation, engagement, habit formation, and retention, while influencing product innovation beyond your immediate area.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Fetch app, user behavior, partner dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth trends.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, proactively resolve issues, and operate with a high degree of accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience leading consumer growth initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention.
  • Experience working with AI-driven products, personalization, or data science teams is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, measuring, and scaling consumer product experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Deep experience with growth loops, habit formation, lifecycle frameworks, funnel optimization, experimentation, and retention models.
  • Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to interpret user behavior, define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse teams around a clear strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
  • Strong product judgment, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and speed of execution.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping direction, and creating structure where none exists.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, raise the bar for product quality, and mentor or guide other product managers.
  • A strong bias for action, ownership mindset, and willingness to dive into the details to deliver exceptional user experiences.
