About the Role:
The Brand and Influencer Partnerships Director is a strategic relationship builder and cultural connector who helps Fetch show up in the moments people care about most. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and activating high impact partnerships across sports, entertainment, media, and lifestyle that grow brand love and drive meaningful business results.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Experience, works cross functionally to bring partnerships to life in ways that feel joyful, relevant, and unmistakably Fetch.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role at the intersection of brand, culture, influencer marketing and growth, helping Fetch build long term equity through unforgettable moments and smart, strategic deals.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead Fetch’s brand partnerships and influencer marketing strategy across sports, entertainment, publishers, and lifestyle categories, aligned to brand and business priorities.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with leagues, teams, talent, creators, studios, platforms, agencies, and lifestyle brands that unlock breakthrough partnership and influencer opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations from initial outreach through signed agreement, ensuring partnerships and influencer engagements are structured to deliver maximum impact and value.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on culture, trends, and the creator landscape to ensure Fetch shows up in relevant, timely, and authentic ways.
  • Translate partnerships and influencer campaigns into integrated activation plans in collaboration with Creative, Social, Media, PR, Sales, Product, and Commercial teams.
  • Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality execution, clear communication, and alignment with Fetch’s brand standards and objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key partnerships and influencer campaigns, from concept through execution and recap.
  • Create clear briefs and activation frameworks that set internal teams, creators, and partners up for successful execution.
  • Ensure every partnership and influencer campaign feels authentic to Fetch while delivering measurable outcomes across awareness, engagement, and member growth.
  • Represent Fetch externally at industry events, games, premieres, and key cultural moments.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to manage contracts, talent agreements, rights, timelines, and budgets responsibly.
  • Track performance across partnerships and influencer campaigns, developing clear recaps and insights that inform future strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, publishers collaborations, or lifestyle brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and activating high visibility partnerships.
  • Strong network across sports leagues, teams, talent, studios, media companies, and cultural institutions preferred.
  • Deep understanding of how brands authentically participate in culture.
  • Experience managing cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading negotiations and navigating contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance.
  • Proven ability to connect big brand ideas to measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and energized by fast moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners alike.
Compensation:
