Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Success Associate at eTip. As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and relationship building with our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include nurturing relationships with current clients, activating & onboarding of new clients, identifying areas for improvement, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience with client onboarding and managing a book of business
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Experience in customer retention and engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Openness to frequent travel across US to nurture client relationships
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tipping or financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field(s)
