As we build DeepIP, we are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in Paris.
The role
You’ll be the go-to person for the team, the backbone of operations, and the spark that brings our office to life. One day you’re planning a team offsite, the next you’re handling HR compliance, and every day you make sure our Paris office runs smoothly and full of energy.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work shapes the employee experience from day one.
What you’ll do
Own HR operations: payroll, benefits, French labor law compliance
Support the team: onboarding, offboarding, and all employee questions
Bring office life to life: events, team moments, logistics
Solve problems & improve processes: troubleshoot operational hiccups and make things run better
Drive culture & energy: create an environment where people love to work
What success looks like
Employees feel supported and empowered from day one to offboarding
Operations are smooth, scalable, and documented
The Paris office becomes a hub of energy, collaboration, and fun
Your work directly shapes our culture and retention
Who we’re looking for
Must-haves:
2-4 years in People Ops, HR Operations, Office Management, or similar
Startup mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, takes initiative
Bilingual French (native) + English (professional)
People-first attitude with strong organizational skills
Proactive: creates team moments and celebrations without being asked
Experience managing sensitive employee data responsibly
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of French labor law & HR compliance
Experience with SIRH tools (PayFit, Lucca…)
Background in law, tech, AI, or high-growth environments
Event planning or community management experience
