This is a 12 month FTC role suitable for a Client Partner (suitable for those at Senior Account Manager/Account Director level). The Client Partner role at COPA90 is to direct, supervise, and manage campaigns from beginning to end in partnership with other key stakeholders. The Client Partner is responsible for day-to-day management of project/s, communicating with clients, and supervising strategic and creative progress. Working with relevant partners, the Client Partner will need to create efficient teams and form partnerships with producers or project managers where scopes require.
Reporting to a Senior Client Partner or Business Director, the Client Partner is the mouthpiece of the client to the internal team by representing their interests, whilst also protecting the internal team and the integrity of the work. They report internally on progress and financial status of projects, as well as the status of client relationships.
Alongside all of the above, well-developed interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, negotiation and conflict management are also vital.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with senior clients and stakeholders to both understand and respond to their needs and communicate effectively
- Encourage and facilitate collaboration, working cross-departmentally within COPA90 to ensure effective communication and clarity
- Lead weekly calls or meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person, to facilitate successful outcomes
- Communicate, agree, and confirm client approval for timings, budgets and deliverables set out in the statement of work (SOW)
- Work with senior stakeholders to scope, compile and manage client facing budgets
- Report account health, profitability and opportunity to senior stakeholders and the finance team
- Drive organic growth within client organisations, looking for new briefs and incremental revenue opportunities
- Protect the integrity of work and the reputation of COPA90 and our clients
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of COPA90 work and communications, against brief and/or client requirements.
- Follow processes and deliver to COPA90 standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-years experience
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising or sponsorship role, or equivalent
- Excellent English verbal and written communications; languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work outside of contracted hours as and when necessary
- Experience working on a range of different projects across, but not necessarily inclusive of:
- 360 campaign delivery, Film (digital and TVC), Photography shoots, Projects featuring high-profile talent, Experiential event and installation activations, Strategically and/or creatively-led projects, Media and influencer campaigns .
- An understanding of the digital landscape and how it fits into wider marketing campaigns
- Experience working with project delivery tools and presentation software, for example, Keynote/PowerPoint
- Demonstrable ability to grow and track client accounts
- Ability to remain poised under pressure and be solution oriented
