The Role
CodeSignal is looking for a Marketing Events Manager for the following responsibilities:
- Plan & Execute Events: Own the logistics and execution of in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless operations and memorable attendee experiences.
- Event Strategy & Research: Support event selection and strategy to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Sponsorships & Partnerships: Manage event sponsorships, booth design, and external vendor relationships.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, oversee event budgets, and collaborate with external partners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align event strategies with business goals.
- Partner Event Support: Assist in planning and executing partner events to expand CodeSignal’s reach.
This role requires someone with the following skills & qualifications:
- 3-7 years of event management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech events.
- Experience managing conferences, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for details and deadlines.
- Creativity & problem-solving to elevate event experiences and maximize engagement.
- Familiarity with Cvent, Marketo, Salesforce, and traditional event planning methods.
- Ability to travel as needed to support in-person events.
The Salary
In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual total salary in the range of USD $115,000-$200,000. This range is based on San Francisco benchmarks and encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
