About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to develop high-impact, customer-facing content that supports onboarding, usage, and long-term success with Closinglock’s products.
This role is ideal for a strong writer and visual storyteller who enjoys creating practical, helpful content — from one-pagers and decks to training videos and knowledge-base resources. You’ll work closely with our Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to turn product features and workflows into clear, engaging content customers actually use.
You should be comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from concept to execution — and confident appearing on camera to create short training and educational videos.
What You’ll Do
- Create customer-facing content that supports onboarding, adoption, and product usage, including:
- Product one-pagers and quick-start guides
- Customer-ready decks and presentations
- Knowledge-base articles and help content
- Short-form and long-form product training videos
- Translate product features and workflows into clear, benefit-driven content that helps customers be successful.
- Plan, script, and record training and educational videos, including screen recordings and on-camera walkthroughs.
- Edit and produce videos suitable for a knowledge base, email, or in-app distribution.
- Maintain a consistent visual and tonal style across customer content.
- Use Canva templates (and existing brand guidelines) to design polished, on-brand content quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Marketing to evolve templates as needed while maintaining consistency.
- Work with Customer Success and Product Marketing to identify common customer questions, friction points, and training needs — and turn them into content.
- Continuously improve and update content based on product changes and customer feedback.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in a content creation, enablement or customer education role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex concepts and write clearly for customers.
- Strong design sensibility and experience creating content using Canva or similar tools.
- Comfortable and confident being on camera to create training and educational videos.
- Experience creating instructional, educational, or enablement content (product, customer, or training content strongly preferred).
- Organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple content projects at once.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Interest in customer experience, product adoption, and lifecycle marketing.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
