Now, we need you to run our (ABM) campaigns to make sure every apparel and footwear brand out there knows us, and wants to work with us.
About Carbonfact
Founded in 2021 with the mission to decarbonize fashion, Carbonfact's sustainability platform helps fashion brands companies measure, reduce, and disclose their products’ emissions. Some of our clients are New Balance, Carhartt, Allbirds, ARMEDANGELS, Columbia, Allbirds, Happy Socks, etc.).
We are a VC-funded fast-growing SaaS Start-up. We raised a total of $17 million from Alven, Headline, and Y Combinator. Currently, we are 25 people and are working in Paris, Amsterdam, Basel, and Barcelona.
The problem we solve
Measuring carbon emissions in the fashion industry is a complex task. To calculate
the environmental impact of a single garment, more than 100 data points are required, including weight, origin, and energy usage during manufacturing. Fashion companies face a significant challenge in tracking emissions due to the intricate, multi-layered nature of their supply chains.
What You’ll Do
- Create campaigns that work: Build and execute highly personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns for our top target accounts. Think emails, ads, webinars, dinner events—whatever gets the job done.
- Team up with Sales: Align closely with the Sales team to create tailored account strategies that move the needle.
- Play with data: Dive into dashboards, track what’s working (or not), and tweak campaigns to hit the sweet spot.
- Create compelling content: Develop account-specific messaging, collateral, events and webinar topics.
- Experiment and innovate: Test new ideas, tools, and approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
- Bring the fun: Marketing is more than metrics. Add some creative flair to make our messaging memorable.
What We’re Looking For
- You have 3+ years of SaaS marketing experience with sales-led GTM, with a focus on ABM, campaigns, or demand creation.
- You've got proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns — from strategy to execution to optimization.
- You've got organizational talent. As a start-up, we always have lots of balls in the air – you’ll help distribute the team’s Campaigns-related workload.
- You have a data-driven approach to decision-making (bonus points if you’re great with HubSpot).
- You have a knack for balancing creativity with precision — getting the details right without losing the big picture.
- You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit — you’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Ops, Product, and Marketing.
- You have a talent for simplifying complex ideas and turning them into cool campaigns.
- You are a team player who knows how to balance hard work with a good laugh.
- You are based in Paris or Amsterdam.

- We determine the compensation package (salary + equity) based on an internal grid which is fully transparent. At the time of hiring, we’ll determine your level based on the position, your track-record and experience. You will then be promoted to higher levels based on your performance and your impact on the company. Each level is associated with a predetermined compensation.
