About the role:
As a Client Success Manager you’ll be responsible for helping our clients drive successful business outcomes. Strong communication skills both internally and externally are an absolute must in this role, including the ability to do effective client discovery.
In addition to being an expert in all aspects of the Cameo for Business product, you’ll lead all internal and external communications with strong business acumen. You’ll have a clear understanding of our clients’ businesses and “problem statements” and ground your decision making in delivering value through Cameo for Business.
Your responsibilities will include: ensuring our clients have the best possible experience on the Cameo for Business platform and making strategic product and talent recommendations driven by clients’ desired business outcomes. You’ll be the voice of Cameo clients back to key internal stakeholders—including Cameo senior leadership—delivering feedback around the client experience. You’ll work cross-functionally to support the Talent Relations, MIG and Product teams to deliver Cameo assets and campaign strategy in a timely manner that drive client KPIs for their marketing initiatives.
If you have a strong command of Client Success fundamentals with experience working with enterprise brands on their marketing engagement and conversion strategies, you’ll fit right in with our amazing and mission-driven team of client solutions experts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide best-in-class support and strategic guidance for our Enterprise clients
- Understand each clients’ unique definition of success and providing right-fit solutions that address their needs
- Collaborate with internal Cameo teams to launch campaigns, deliver customer feedback, and close the loop on campaign performance and new engagement opportunities
- Drive repeat business by rolling out the red carpet for all users
- Operate as a trusted partner that both Cameo for Business clients and internal Cameo teams can rely on
- Track campaign performance and Cameo product trends to inform the Cameo for Business product updates and service strategy
- Support the creation and adoption of tools and features that optimize client experience during the campaign planning, booking and execution process
What you bring to the table:
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer success
- You have a deep understanding of CS fundamentals
- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing principals from content creative, KPIs, and marketing channels and platforms
- You have experience working in a CRM tool such as Salesforce
- You are solution-oriented and problem solving is your middle name
- You have acute attention to detail and great writing skillsYou are organized
- You are comfortable with change and can keep up with the pace that a start-up requires
- You exceed turnaround time SLA expectations

The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $117,000 Cameo determines salary ranges by role and level with ranges for US roles typically based on our home market of Chicago. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within that range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. Posted salary ranges reflect base salary only, exclusive of equity and other compensation and benefits.
