What you will do
We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing manager to lead all regional marketing effort in the France & Benelux region, in accordance with the global marketing strategy and aligned with the regional sales strategy. As a Marketing Manager, France & Benelux, you will be at the forefront of creating strategic campaigns that encompass a range of marketing channels, including but not limited to, content creation, online and offline events, direct marketing, social media, and any other channels that you deem necessary.
Your role involves developing a deep understanding of local market trends and customer preferences. Based on this insight, you will collaboratively design and implement campaigns that aim to increase brand awareness, promote products or services and attract new customers to the company across the region.
Responsibilities will likely evolve over time, as Brite continues to grow and expand into new markets, however you can expect to play an important role in the following:
- Analyzing local competition and strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.
- Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
- Supervising the regional marketing budget.
- Collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Providing support to local sales teams and distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in the region.
- Report on campaign performance. Monitor results and use the data to make informed decisions on future campaigns and tests.
- Be involved in commercial conversations and understand how marketing impacts the sales funnel so that you can drive improvements or test new ideas.

Requirements:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a France and/or Benelux regional marketing manager for a B2B company. Fintech experience is highly beneficial.
- With your expertise, you possess an in-depth understanding of the market and can effectively translate this knowledge into actionable insights to support our growth in the market.
- You are a native French speaker and speak English fluently. Any additional language will be a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box to identify new growth opportunities.
