What is Attio?

Why is this role important?
As GTM Operations at Attio you will build, maintain, and report on scalable tooling across our GTM stack.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with:
5+ years of marketing, sales, or revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS
Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Strong track record of building scalable marketing/sales/revenue operations processes
Experience managing complex martech stacks and system integrations
Background in data analytics, visualization, and analytics
Whose Team will you join?
Our Marketing team is responsible brand and product led communications; attracting customers, and generating leads for conversion through PLG or our Sales, Success and Support motion.
The team is growing under the guidance of Alex Vale. Day to day work focuses on growing awareness of Attio through amplifying our customer’s voices and unique product differences, with the ultimate goal of getting Attio into the hands of more teams.

What are the role requirements?
In this role, you will be expected to:
Own the martech stack and integration across company-wide tooling
Own customer lifecycle infrastructure and campaign execution
Build and maintain scalable systems for campaign execution, lead routing, and reporting
Ensure data quality and consistency across GTM systems and tooling
Partner with Sales to maintain lead management and routing processes
Support reporting needs across GTM teams
We believe the right person will have the following skills and experience:
Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
Advanced CRM experience
SQL and data visualization
CDP platforms and data warehouses
Marketing attribution and ROI modeling and reporting
Proficient in HTML/MJML, CSS, and Liquid
Basic JavaScript and API integration experience
Marketing analytics and performance tracking
Lead scoring and routing logic
What does the hiring process look like?

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process. At the offer stage, you may want to speak to more of the team, see a demo or have other suggestions for us.
Everyone who completes at least one of the above stages will be asked to provide feedback on the overall process and offered some help on their career if it's not joining Attio at this time.
