Job requirements

We're looking for a motivated and creative Product Design Intern to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our product leads and gain hands-on experience turning user insights into thoughtful design solutions. Your work will contribute to simplifying the visa application journey and improving the overall user experience across our website and app.

Stipend - 50k/monthly

The Job

  • Run discovery phases with users and help define product requirements. Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.

  • Collaborate with the product manager to understand product requirements and create detailed designs aligned with the product roadmap.

  • Establish and implement a streamlined end-to-end creative flow on our website and app, optimizing the visa application experience for users.

  • Document key creative and production processes to facilitate easy access for individuals and teams, ensuring efficient workflow development.

  • Demonstrate commitment to the mission by being willing to work extended hours, typically 10 hours per day.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of making operational contributions at both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Experience developing and optimizing systems, tools, processes, and workflows for creative and production operations.

  • Strong process orientation with the ability to audit and streamline workflows into presentation deck format.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
