Job requirements

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead Atlys’ global brand and content charter, someone who can shape how travelers across the world discover, understand, and fall in love with Atlys. This is a leadership role at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, content, and business impact. You will own how Atlys shows up across every customer touchpoint, building a brand that is trusted, loved, and impossible to ignore, while leading the strategy, execution, and team behind every story we tell.

The Job

  • Own and drive the overall brand and content strategy for Atlys, ensuring a consistent, distinctive, and high-impact brand presence across all channels

  • Define Atlys’ positioning, messaging frameworks, storytelling principles, and content pillars across global markets

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across content, brand, creative, social, and campaign execution, building a culture of excellence, speed, and experimentation

  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, PR, content, and brand activations

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across formats, social, editorial, video, product storytelling, campaigns, thought leadership, and cultural moments

  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Guest Delight, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities and customer insights

  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and long-term brand affinity while ensuring content contributes to measurable business outcomes

  • Identify consumer trends, cultural moments, and market opportunities to keep Atlys relevant, differentiated, and top-of-mind

  • Establish clear brand guidelines, content systems, and measurement frameworks to scale marketing with consistency and quality

  • Balance long-term brand building with fast-moving content execution in a high-growth environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, consumer marketing, or integrated marketing roles

  • Experience building and scaling brands in consumer internet, travel, lifestyle, tech, or high-growth digital businesses; agency + in-house experience is a strong plus

  • Proven experience leading teams across brand, content, creative, and campaign execution

  • Strong track record of building brand-led growth stories through content, campaigns, storytelling, and cultural relevance

  • Deep understanding of digital-first marketing, social platforms, content ecosystems, and consumer behaviour across markets

  • Strong editorial instincts with the ability to shape narratives that build both brand love and business impact

  • A strong portfolio of brand campaigns, content programs, editorial initiatives, or consumer storytelling work with measurable results

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where strategy, speed, and execution matter equally
