As a Visual Designer, you’ll turn product experiences into clear, intuitive, and delightful visual stories—someone who can simplify complexity, bring interfaces to life, and craft thoughtful designs that make digital experiences feel effortless. No decoration for decoration’s sake. No visual noise. Just purposeful, high-quality design that helps users understand, navigate, and fall in love with the product.

The Job

• Design high-quality visual assets that enhance the product experience across onboarding, feature education, in-app experiences, product walkthroughs, launch moments, and marketing touchpoints

• Create visual explorations, wireframes, mockups, design concepts, and prototypes that communicate product ideas with clarity

• Design intuitive interfaces, visual systems, illustrations, icons, layouts, and branded product experiences that feel polished and cohesive

• Collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and content teams to bring product experiences to life

• Translate complex workflows, features, and user journeys into simple, engaging, and visually intuitive experiences

• Help define and evolve visual design principles, component libraries, design patterns, and brand consistency across the product

• Prototype ideas quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and refine designs based on product goals

• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and workflows, bringing fresh ideas into the product experience

The ideal candidate

• Has 1–3 years of experience in visual design, product design, UI design, brand design, or digital experiences

• Is highly skilled in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools

• Has a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, composition, and design systems

• Can simplify complex product flows into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences

• Thinks beyond aesthetics and understands how visual design impacts usability, accessibility, and product adoption

• Can take ownership from concept exploration to final design delivery

• Is actively experimenting with new workflows, tools, and emerging AI-assisted creative processes

• Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional product environments where iteration is constant
