Job requirements

As a Fulfillment Intern, you will be an integral part of our regional operations team, supporting the end-to-end processing of visa applications. You’ll work closely with the team on-ground to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, maintain compliance with visa guidelines, and deliver a seamless customer experience while learning the process hands-on. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.


As part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the travel space, this is a 6-day in-office role that requires a consistent and reliable on-ground presence.

The Job

  • Assist in providing information on visa requirements and support clients through the application process

  • Help review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate with internal teams and support communication with consulates/embassies

  • Track application statuses and assist in updating clients on progress

  • Maintain confidentiality of client data

  • Support the team in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience


The ideal candidate

  • 0–1 year of experience or relevant internship exposure

  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems

  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Interest in travel, visas, or operations is a plus

  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
