Job requirements

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale Atlys' growth by driving data-driven and creative marketing campaigns across digital channels.

The Job:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid acquisition channels.

  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and increase customer acquisition.

  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to drive better conversion rates.

  • Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing ad assets.

  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and continuously refine strategy.

  • Scale marketing efforts by identifying and testing new acquisition channels.

  • Own the budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient spending for maximum growth.

  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve conversion funnels and user journeys.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.

  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in campaign execution and optimization.

  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams including creative, product, and engineering.

  • Strong understanding of attribution models, tracking, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
