We're looking for someone who is passionate about ideas.
Not only big ideas. Even the small ones. The line that causes someone to pause. The visual that becomes clear only after you've seen it. The campaign that will actually ship.

What will you do here?
You will determine how Atlys appears in the world.
That means shaping our voice, look and point of view across everything we produce, including but not limited to campaigns, content, social media and partnerships. You'll take raw insights, half-formed ideas, cultural moments, and business objectives and transform them into work that people remember. Work that does not feel like marketing. Work that conveys honesty.
And yes, you will ensure that it goes live!
People you will work with
You will be in charge of a small but capable team of copywriters, designers, motion graphics and video editors. People who value craftsmanship and want to create work that they are proud to put their name on.
Your role is not to know all the answers. Its purpose is to provide clarity, direction, and confidence, allowing the best ideas to win.
How You'll Work
You will know when to move quickly and when to slow down. When to trust your instincts and when to dig deeper. When “good enough” is enough, and when it absolutely isn’t.
You’ll push for better without making it heavy. You’ll protect the idea, but never your ego. And you will absolutely not allow the medium to constrain you.
Who this might be right for
You’ve led creative before at a brand, an agency, or something you helped build.
You have relevant work experience of atleast 7 years.
You have taste, opinions, and a point of view on culture.
You are not negative about the influence of AI. Rather you are extra keen on figuring out how to harness its power. On the company’s dime & time!
