Job requirements
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our regional operations team, supporting the end-to-end processing of visa applications. You’ll work on-ground to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, maintain compliance with visa guidelines, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This role demands attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
As part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the travel space, this is a 6-day in-office role that requires a consistent and reliable on-ground presence.
The Job:
Provide detailed information on visa requirements and guide clients through the application process.
Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with consulates and embassies to facilitate the visa process.
Track application statuses and proactively update clients on progress.
Ensure the confidentiality of client data.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
The ideal candidate:
Experience: 1+ years of experience in an operations role.
Detail-Oriented & Organised: You possess an exceptional eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to provide clear instructions and updates to customers.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with computers and digital tools, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Customer-Centric: Previous customer service experience is an advantage, and you're dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients.
Passion for Travel & Immigration: You have a genuine interest in the travel and immigration sectors and are excited about contributing to a more connected world.
Problem-Solver: You’re great at figuring out solutions on the spot. When challenges arise, you can quickly come up with practical and creative ways to solve them.
