🧩 Who You Are

We are looking for a Payments & Partners Specialist for our Operations Team!

As an operations representative you’ll be empowered to guarantee our Partners and Payment Providers OnBoarding and Success Management. You will also be proactive in learning more about apps monetization and distribution in one of the most dynamic industries of our time: Mobile & Gaming!

🎯 What are you going to do?

  • Do market research on the payment providers and partners that best suit Aptoide’s strategic goals.
  • Contact and negotiate with payment providers.
  • Manage the onboarding of payment providers and partners to our organization.
  • Mediation between payment providers, partners and the organization to ensure potential maximization.
  • Analyze partners and payment providers data to improve customer experience and performance.
  • Assist with the creation of promotional plans for partners to improve and ensure their success.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with all partners & payment providers globally.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from Creative, Technical, Finance, Marketing and Legal.

⭐️ What are we looking for?

  • Background in Business / Computer Science / Informatics / Information management or any equivalent area;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 1-2 years of business development or account management in payments, gaming industry or technology.
  • Outgoing, open-minded, self-started, fast-leaner;
  • Being used to work in a start-up environment.
