ANINE BING is looking for a Merchandising Manager to join its Paris HQ team.

The Merchandising Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Merchandising to define, review, and execute the merchandising strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand’s financial and strategic goals.

As a leader in this role, you will drive product development and performance while ensuring the brand maintains its modern, elevated identity. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, analytically driven, and passionate about fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Define the offer structure to align with market trends, financial goals, and the brand’s creative vision, driving growth in key categories while maintaining established ones.
  • Build and share the collection brief, collaborating with Design and Product Development to create a balanced, cohesive product portfolio and optimize pricing strategies, including sales pricing and margin targets.
  • Define product assortments and strategies across all channels, tailored by region
  • Analyze market trends and collection performance to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies that elevate commercial success and maintain brand relevance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to roll out 360° strategies, ensuring product visibility and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the merchandising team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth while contributing to process and tool development.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and effective execution of merchandising strategies across all teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in merchandising, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and operational capabilities, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English is required.
