ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP), Employer Sales, to lead and drive new logo acquisition in the mid-market and enterprise employer segments. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of selling benefits or HR tech solutions to HR and benefits decision-makers. You’ll be responsible for owning the complete sales cycle—from pipeline generation to close—while also shaping the future of our go-to-market strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Own and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target HR and benefits leaders at mid-sized and large employers (<50,000 employer groups)

Drive end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation.

Maintain a deep understanding of the benefits ecosystem and employer pain points; serve as a consultative partner to prospects.

Partner with Consultant channel team to support building and nurturing relationships with brokers, consultants, and channel partners to increase reach and win rates.

Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain data integrity in HubSpot CRM.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to improve customer experience and sales process.

Represent Airvet at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years selling into HR/Benefits at the mid-market or enterprise level.

Strong domain knowledge in employee benefits, health tech, or insurance is required.

Demonstrated ability to open, manage, and close complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Existing relationships with brokers, consultants, and HR leaders

Self-starter with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tech stack (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling digital health or point solutions to employers.

Familiarity with employer health plans, and the broker/consultant landscape.

History of exceeding quota and landing marquee logos.
