Role Overview

We seek a Go to Market (GTM) Strategy & Sales Operations Analyst to drive sales efficiency, optimize revenue processes, and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role ensures accurate pipeline management, data-driven decision-making, and streamlined operations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to enhance forecasting, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives, including event logistics and engagement efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Track and analyze sales pipeline data to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Manage the sales operations systems, primarily HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

  • Generate reports and insights from sales activities to highlight trends and optimize sales processes.

  • Use data analytics to implement process updates that improve sales team performance.

  • Identify customer segments and sales opportunities through data analysis and consumer trend monitoring.

  • Create and manage automation tools to streamline sales workflows and increase efficiency.

  • Provide real-time visibility into team performance to drive accountability and success.

  • Enhance forecasting to improve collaboration and strategy across the sales team.

  • Oversee and optimize sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Benefitflow, and ZoomInfo.

Growth & GTM Support

  • GTM Event Logistics Support: Assist in planning and executing employer sponsorships, Advisory Board (AB) & sales dinners, consultant events, open enrollment (OE) events, and other GTM activities.

  • Advisory Board (AB) Channel Support: Provide communications and engagement support for the AB channel, including virtual and in-person meetings, 1:1 check-ins, newsletters, and identifying gaps/opportunities for further engagement.

  • Project Management: Own and execute key GTM projects by managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless execution.

Sales Support & SMB Ownership (Potential)

  • Conduct research on key contacts and accounts to support sales efforts.

  • Assist in managing weekly sales tasks, including updating HubSpot with notes, deals, and edits and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

  • (Potential Responsibility) Take ownership of the SMB sales process (for accounts under 1,000 employees) post-qualification, running the full sales cycle as needed.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, strategy, or revenue operations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive impactful decisions.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce a plus) and other sales enablement tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

  • Ability to challenge the status quo and continuously innovate sales processes.

  • Proven success in managing complex, high-priority initiatives and multiple workstreams.

  • Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at executing projects efficiently.

  • Deep understanding of the employer benefits market is a plus!
