Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

The Role

Air is looking for a GTM Engineer to own the automation and optimization of our go-to-market motion. This role will ensure leads are captured, enriched, and routed with speed and accuracy, while building a reliable, integrated tech stack that eliminates manual inefficiencies. By enabling faster sales velocity, higher conversion rates, and stronger funnel predictability, this hire will create the infrastructure that powers scalable revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Funnel Automation & Optimization

  • Design and maintain workflows that automate lead capture from multiple sources (LinkedIn engagements, product sign-ups, website visitor identification, event lists, etc.)
  • Ensure leads are cleaned, normalized, enriched, and scored in real time to enable immediate follow-up.

Systems Design & Integration

  • Connect GTM tools (CRM, enrichment, outreach, analytics) into a unified, reliable tech stack.
  • Build and maintain integrations between GTM tools, product data, and BI systems to improve reporting and routing.

Process Streamlining

  • Replace repetitive, manual GTM tasks (list-building, routing, campaign setup, reporting) with scalable, automated solutions.
  • Document processes so successful experiments can be repeated and scaled.

Data Quality & Reporting

  • Own GTM data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide GTM teams with real-time visibility into funnel performance.
  • Experience: 5+ years of technical GTM experience in roles such as sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing automation, or related fields at fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries).
  • Technical Ability: Proficiency with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, HubSpot Ops Hub)
  • Platform Familiarity: Comfortable in using modern GTM tech stacks — CRM (Salesforce preferred), enrichment tools, intent data, marketing automation, analytics platforms.
